In Electronics & communication engineering with first class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech or ME/M.Tech and Ph.D., or equivalent in Electronics and communication engineering with specialization in the broad area/stream of VLSI Desing &Microelectronics.

Expereience: Minimum of 05 years experience in teaching/research/industry of which 02 years post PhD experience in desirable.
